+ Start - cmd - Winver | # Check OS version

+ Click File Explorer - Right-click This PC - Properties |

+ Start - cmd - Run as Administrator, type :

+ DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition # Check current Edition

+ DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions # Check Editions can be upgraded

+ DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:CB7KF-BWN84-R7R2Y-793K2-8XDDG /AcceptEula

+ Restart

+ Start - cmd - Winver | # Check OS

+ Click File Explorer - Right-click This PC - Properties | version Windows Server 2016 Datacenter = OK

Sigan los siguientes pasos:
Habrán una consola de CMD como administrador:
Ingresen los siguientes comandos y presionen la tecla ENTER:
slmgr /ipk WC2BQ-8NRM3-FDDYY-2BFGV-KHKQY
slmgr /skms kms.ovh.net
slmgr /ato

si les muestra error prueben con estos:
slui /ipk WC2BQ-8NRM3-FDDYY-2BFGV-KHKQY
slui /skms kms.ovh.net
slui/ato

Luego hay que entrar al registro de windows y chequear que la clave SkipRearm este seteado en 1, si está en 0 debemos cambiarlo por el 1 y reiniciar Windows, cuando arranque estará activado.
Para entrar al registro de windows presionen la tecla de windows y manteniendola presionada deben presionar la tecla "R" en la ventana que se abre deben ingresar regedit y presionar la tecla ENTER, luego deben ir entrando en las solapas: +HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE +SOFTWARE +Microsoft +Windows NT +CurrentVersion + SoftwareProtectionPlatform y a la derecha modificar la clave que dice SkipRearm por el valor 1, guardar y reiniciar.
